We ask ourselves constantly whether what we're doing actually moves the needle for Qovery. And if it doesn't, we stop doing it. We under-promise and over-deliver, every time. We plan fast, then we go. Done beats perfect, always. And meetings? They're earned, not scheduled. If it doesn't end in real action, it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

A clever workaround beats being stuck in limbo any day. We stay scrappy, stay creative, and we're never shy about sharing our best hacks with the team. Some legendary ones from our history: our docs at docs.qovery.com were inspired by what Vector built, our community call page took cues from Hasura's playbook, and yes the qovery admin user set command is a slick Auth0 trick we use to impersonate a user session when debugging.
