🔋 Role overview
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer, passionate about building tools that make life easier for Developers and DevOps.
You’ll be in charge of improving the overall user experience for the hundreds of developers and DevOps using the Qovery platform today under all the aspects: onboarding, integration, deployment, troubleshooting etc...
You will be the main point of contact for any design-related topics, from product improvements to marketing activities. You will work closely with the product teams (lead product manager, technical product manager, front-end dev team) and our Developer Experience team to ensure that customers have a seamless experience across our website, documentation, console, CLI etc.
🚀 What You'll Do:
Daily, you’ll be in charge of:
- Lead the UX/UI aspects of feature design in collaboration with Product Management, ensuring intuitive experiences for developers
- Analyze user behaviour through analytics tools (like Posthog) to identify opportunities for platform improvements
- Create and iterate on design solutions through prototypes, user testing, and validation
- Maintain and evolve our design system, creating and modifying components to ensure consistency
- Lead design reviews with PM and engineering teams, balancing user needs with technical constraints
- Conduct regular user research sessions with developers to deeply understand their needs, workflows, and friction points
- Gather feedback from multiple sources (Developer Experience team, client demos, user tests) to inform design decisions
- Document and share design work effectively through Figma, prototypes, and documentation
- Support marketing initiatives with design assets when needed

đź’ˇ What you'll bring in:
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in B2B SaaS products, preferably in the developer/IT industry
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma and experience with design systems
- Your portfolio includes a proven track record of shipping interaction design work in web applications
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts through intuitive interface design
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand developer workflows
- Experience with user research and analytics tools
- Excellent project management skills for handling multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Outstanding communication skills, particularly in technical discussions
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Open-minded and adaptable approach to problem-solving
It is a plus if:
-Experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps tools
-Previous work in developer tools or developer-focused products
-Startup experience, particularly in technical product companies
- Understanding of basic software development concepts
