🔋 Role overview:
As a Senior Account Executive at Qovery, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, playing a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue. You’ll engage with C-level executives, developers, and tech leads at fast-growing startups and enterprises, helping them understand how Qovery can streamline their development workflows and boost productivity. Your role is key to building long-term partnerships that generate value for our customers and fuel our business growth.
🚀 What You'll Do:
Daily, you’ll be in charge of:
- Drive New Business: identify, qualify and close high-impact opportunities in startup, SMB, and mid-market segments. Focus on closing deals and acquiring new logos/revenue with an annual target.
- Build & Manage a Healthy Pipeline: collaborate with two dedicated SDRs to ensure a consistent flow of qualified meetings per month. Self-source 25%-30% of your pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Partner with SEs for technical demos and validations during pre-sales to address objections and boost deal confidence.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with SEs during pre-sales to ensure technical feasibility and address potential roadblocks. Ensure seamless handoffs to CSMs post-sales, clearly communicating customer goals and expectations. Contribute insights to product, marketing, and development teams to refine Qovery’s go-to-market approach and align with customer needs.
- Execute a Data-Driven Sales Strategy: Use CRM tools and analytics to track your pipeline, forecast accurately, and refine your sales tactics. Provide coaching and feedback to SDRs to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
💡 What you'll bring in:
3+ years of experience in tech sales in early-stage startups, preferably in Cloud infrastructure, DevOps tools, or SaaS.
Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets with experience closing deals
Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with technical teams (SEs) and post-sales (CSMs).
Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities.
Strong technical acumen to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders confidently.
A proactive, data-driven mindset focused on achieving results and improving processes.
