Back in 2019, our founders saw a gap: cloud infrastructure was supposed to simplify software delivery, yet teams were still spending too much time operating it. Kubernetes was becoming the standard, but running it well remained hard.
They built Qovery to change that.
Today, Qovery is a Kubernetes management platform built for the AI era. We help teams run production workloads across clusters and clouds without building and maintaining everything themselves. Our users focus on shipping products; Qovery handles the complexity of Kubernetes operations.
We are a remote-first team, working with engineers and platform teams across the world, solving concrete production problems at scale.
Qovery is backed by Crane VC, Speedinvest, and IRIS, alongside founders and co-founders from Datadog and Docker. We benefit from deep operational experience in building and scaling developer infrastructure companies.
We move fast and set a high bar. The infrastructure ecosystem changes quickly, and we design our product to keep up with real-world constraints: scale, security, cost, and reliability.
Ownership matters here. People are trusted to make decisions and are accountable for results. Information is shared openly. Mistakes are discussed and fixed. And when life interferes (as it sometimes does), we adapt.

Your mission, as a strong builder, is to turn strategic alliances into a real revenue lever.
No existing program to manage. No inherited pipeline. No logo-collection exercise.
You identify the partners that truly matter. You leverage your network to activate opportunities fast. You generate a partner-sourced pipeline while building the system that makes it scalable.
This is a zero-to-one role with direct ARR accountability.

Generate revenue: we care about revenue, not activity.
Create partner-sourced ARR
Influence pipeline through co-sell motions
Increase deal size via ecosystem leverage
Own attribution and measurable impact
Build a focused ecosystem: depth over breadth. Always.
Prioritize a small number of high-leverage partners
Structure referral and co-sell models
Secure executive alignment
Design partner tiering
Activate GTM: a partnership without a pipeline is just a slide.
Enable Sales with sharp positioning and battlecards
Drive joint opportunities
Launch focused co-marketing initiatives
Activate marketplace motions
Build the Machine: you build the structure while achieving results.
Define partner attribution
Implement CRM tracking
Run QBRs

You cut what isn’t working.
💡What’ll make you successful?
You’ve personally generated partner-sourced ARR. You think in pipeline, conversion, and deal size, not just relationships.
You already have trusted and activable relationships in our ecosystem. Hyperscaler reps, partner managers, tech alliances: people you can call immediately.
You understand how hyperscaler reps are compensated, you know co-sell incentives and you can design true win-win mechanics.
You are a strong builder. You’re comfortable with ambiguity. You can create a structure from zero. You prioritize ruthlessly.
If you need an established program to operate, this role is not for you.
